Joe Titlebaum - General Counsel
Mr. Titlebaum joined the Company in 2010 as our General Counsel. Previously, he was General Counsel of XM Satellite Radio where he supervised all legal matters through the entire corporate lifecycle, from concept, through venture funding, IPO, commercial growth, business maturation and the eventual merger process with Sirius Satellite Radio.

Prior to his employment at XM, Mr. Titlebaum worked for the international law firm Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton from 1990-1998 where he specialized in telecommunications and finance projects.

Mr. Titlebaum serves as the Chairman of the National Pancreas Foundation, which funds scientific research and provides patient advocacy and support for diseases of the pancreas.

Mr. Titlebaum is a graduate of Columbia College and Harvard Law School.
